Bravo Mobile Expands to Include Web Offers
I’m excited to announce that Bravo is expanding functionality to our Mobile Platform again! This week we introduce to store owners and their management team the ability to manage online business 24/7 via Apple or Android mobile devices. Now you can accept or counter “Pending Web Offers” and view the details of the item, including the ability to add additional photos, all directly from your mobile device.
By utilizing the Bravo / BUYA ecommerce platform, pawnshops are able to drive local AND online customers to shop your stores via mobile devices, where they can submit online offers directly to your store. With the added “Pending Web Offers” functionality in our mobile platform, you can now facilitate transactions immediately at anytime and from anywhere. Remember, the faster that you respond to your customers offer, you double the chances in closing the sale.
Last month Bravo released the MOBILE EXCEPTION feature where any business rule that is set up in Bravo can be sent to the manager or owner for approval. Whether you are out for an errand, lunch, or on the beach relaxing, this feature allows you to never lose a chance to close a sale or make a loan to a customer. Additionally, every time you use the mobile approval, Bravo will make note of it and track it for record keeping purposes.
