March marked a monumental month in the history of Bravo Pawn Systems as the team moved into their new state-of-the-art world headquarters. Envisioned by Founder and CEO Steve Mack, the new offices were designed to reflect Bravo’s position as the foremost tech leader in the pawn software industry.

Instead of designing around the traditional cubicle style office atmosphere, this new location promotes open workspaces to stimulate collaboration and innovation. Also, there are designated work areas for the Bravo software development team, an area dedicated to special projects, and a conference room with a retractable glass wall that transitions into an entertaining space.

“You see companies like Google and Zappos who have built a culture and workspace conducive to their core values. As a tech and customer service oriented company ourselves, Bravo Pawn Systems now has the facilities primed for growth and we’ve created a work environment for our employees and business to thrive, allowing us to continue to be the best in the industry,” says Steve Mack, Founder and CEO of Bravo Pawn Systems.

The new office fills a missing piece in the Bravo puzzle and propels the company to reach new heights. Steve Mack welcomes pawnbrokers to come visit the offices when in town and to meet the team that is devoted to their success.
