We are super excited to announce that we’ve extended our support hours to start at 6 AM Pacific Time. This new and extended time adds to our rich buffet of support options and continues Bravo’s mission to provide the best support to our customers.
It is extremely important to the Bravo Support team to be available to address your issues and training concerns promptly. We are focused on growing our support team and training options to deliver out-of-this-world customer service. Your success is our mission!
What does Bravo’s “Out-of-this-World” Support have to offer?
If there comes a need for support, Bravo provides our customers choices in services, backed by an expert level support team, that is accessible to all Bravo users. We could write a novel on all of the Bravo Support and Training Options, but let me just give you a quick rundown to spare you some time:
1) Solution Center – Located on the Bravo dashboard and with just one click, Bravo users can access hundreds of articles and videos with additional training material or resources to address common questions instantaneously.
2) Help Desk – Also available in just one click, customers can submit a case directly to Bravo’s customer service team. Agents are on standby to help solve your concerns. Bravo’s help desk services are powered by the acclaimed Zendesk – used by companies like Shopify, Groupon, and Uber – and facilitated by Bravo agents all with extensive knowledge of the platform.
3) Phone Support – For the rare case of an emergency or inability to run Bravo for whatever reason, 24/7/365 mission critical support is available to limit any hindrance to business operations.
The options above are just the beginning of the support services provided by Bravo. Learning services like Bravo Academy and Training Webinars are available weekly for customers to expand their Bravo knowledge and ensure they are getting the most out of the system. Also, for those who want even more, there are additional extended learning services (ELS) like Tailored 1:1 Consulting, Onsite Training, and Training at Bravo Headquarters.
